Policy

The General Data Protection Regulation is a set of laws put in place by the European Commission from 25 May 2018 for all companies that have a business in Europe. USBEPOWER is therefore concerned.

WHAT DOES IT ACTUALLY CHANGE?

To protect Internet users from data leaks or the misuse of personal data, it is now mandatory for companies to keep visitors informed of all computer treatments that are carried out from collected data.

Like all e-retailers, we collect data on our Internet users and work with several third-party providers, who therefore have access to some of our data.

This data is essential to give you the best possible experience on our website and ensure the smooth running of your order.

Where are the USBEPOWER SITE SERVEURS?

The servers on the USBEPOWER website are exclusively at OVH, in France, in data centers in northern France.

In these servers, there is our database necessary for the operation of the site. Information about accounts receivable is stored there.

In order to allow you to find your order history, this data is only deleted if you request it.

Is IT THAT USBEPOWER REVEND MY PERSONAL DATA?

USBEPOWER does not resell your personal data, and we will never do so.

Some companies exchange customer files for commercial exploration, as is not the case with USBEPOWER.

All the data we collect is with us and will never be given, rented or sold to a third party company.

ARE MY PASSWORDS SAFE?

Passwords are stored "encrypted" and cannot be decrypted. So your passwords are safe.

WHAT ABOUT MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER?

For credit card payments, we work with one of the largest French provider, stripe and Paypal, which guaranteesthe security of your data.

At no time do we have access to your credit card number.

WHAT ARE THE PERSONAL DATA THAT YOU ARE ON ME AND WHAT DO they do?

USBEPOWER may ask the Internet user for personal data when viewing and using the site, including:

When the User creates an account,

When the User makes an order on the Site,

When the Internet user contacts customer service.

The data collected is intended for the use of USBEPOWER to manage the commercial and contractual relationship with the Internet user and inform him, if necessary, of offers and news.

The Internet user may receive, if he has expressly consented, electronic surveys emanating from USBEPOWER and its partners.

The Internet user can waive it at any time via the churn link contained in the above electronic surveys.

In accordance with the Computer Law and Freedoms of 6 January 1978 amended by the law of 6 August 2004The visitor has a right of access, opposition and correction to the personal data concerning him as specified in the chapter "protection of life private sector."
